VISION BOARD WORKSHOP: ENVISION YOUR FUTURE & MAKE 2025 GREAT!

This is an incredible opportunity to pinpoint your personal path in life and clearly define your goals. Whether you're beginning a new chapter or seeking clarity in your intentions, a Vision Board acts as your visual compass for the year ahead. Most importantly, it harnesses your innate ability to manifest experiences into your life.

Understanding the Purpose and Power of Vision Boards

What’s a Vision Board?

A board filled with images, words, and quotes acts as a visual aid to help you define, focus, and stay centered on particular life goals. This board will symbolize everything you aspire to be, do, and have in your life in 202!5. It's powerful and exciting. You are in charge! You have the opportunity to create your story, and it can start here.

How to prepare for this workshop:

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3

1. Start thinking about your intentions for this year. What do you want to see happen?

2. Make that list. It doesn’t matter how small or large your list is. Always include a few things that you think might be out of reach or a little scary. Challenge yourself to expand your visions for yourself. Here are some topics to think about: Love & Relationships, Career & Entrepreneurship, Health, Finances, Community Service, Travel, Fun Adventures, Etc..

3. Find 5-10 pictures for each topic you have chosen. These can be pictures, words, quotes that you really love. Create them in a word document by finding these items on the internet and copy & paste into your document. Print them in color and cut them out. Use any kind of paper you like: glossy, mate, colorful, etc... Make them in different sizes and colors, be creative and have fun! BRING ALL THIS WITH YOU !!

Research does show that if you can prepare (as described above), and see your outcome clearly and are excited about it that you are likely to achieve it. If you don’t believe me, watch the move, The Secret, to see how the Law of Attraction works in bringing into your life what you are thinking about.

You are manifesting experiences all the time, whether you realize it or not. Now can be the time to understand this better and learn how to harness your ability to bring around what it is you want, rather than what you don’t want. A vision board can help you do this.

· Clarify your intentions for the upcoming year

· Commit to actions that will set your intentions into motion

What to bring:

· 5-10 photos of pictures for each topic you have chosen, words or quotes per topic that you want on your board. (Search online and print them out in color)

· Optional: magazines photograph, pictures to use for imagery to share with others (any extras that you created can be useful and helpful to others)

· Optional: snack/drinks you want to share

Provided:

· Discuss Law of Attraction and how it relates to your Vision Board

· Posterboard, background paper, glue, scissors

· Water, coffee, snacks, and great music!

• Guided meditation to start out your new year with sound therapy and aromatherapy.
