Forest Bathing is Forest Therapy

Forest Bathing... ahhhh....yes please!

Have you ever wanted to just disconnect from everything and plug into nature and rejuvenate yourself? It's easier than you think. It's especially easy if you get away from your environment and find a nice soft and warm grassy spot. Lay out your yoga mat, lay down, melt into the earth. Use your senses to engage with what is immediately around you.

Take the journey! Take in the earthy smells, some soft calls from birds in a distance, maybe a woodpecker. You never know what nature has in mind for you until you let go and unwind amidst it all.


Let me take you on a guided journey to show you how to connect with nature while at the same time leaving surrounding interferences at bay. I will show you how to refresh & rejuvenate your spirit with the help our our gorgeous wooded area and their inhabitants. There are always some distractions in life trying to keep you unfocused from your inner peace. I am going to take you on a relaxing, meditative, reflective journey.


Feel the energy of the trees breathing in and out, their beautiful rhythms all around you. Feel the life force all around you, loving you, healing you, calling you and inspiring you. Feel nurtured and loved, as you should. Everything will be as it should be for you to feel grounded and within your personal power. You will be filled with gratitude and peace. Take this peace home with you and find your center whenever you need it.


How does forest bathing work? What to expect?

Come with an open mind and a thirsty soul for earthy connection! Bring your yoga mat or a few really thick beach towels. We will do this together as a group. We will find beautiful spots in the wooded area that we are drawn to and lay out our mats. Lay down, become one with the earth under a beautiful canopy. I will say a blessing for your emotional wellbeing. I will give a guided meditation with many opportunities for reflection and quite time. Then we will simply breathe in all that nature is providing for us. Using this time for appreciation, gratitude, self reflection, love and empowerment. Whatever it is that you truly need is what you will begin to focus on. Your heart will be your guide. Just be quite and listen to it and follow what your soul needs. Your soul loves the truth! Towards the end, I will place a damp cloth with relaxing or refreshing essential oil on it to your forehead. Feel the cool relaxation and breathe in the beautiful healing oil. Just soak it up and breathe in all the wonderment!


When we are finished, you will feel calm, love and gratitude for what is right and for what is coming to be. Come take this journey with us! You are safe, wanted and adored!
